The Friday Flyer, Canyon Lake’s Community Newspaper:
Golding Publications owns and publishes the private city of Canyon Lake’s weekly community newspaper. The Friday Flyer is a subscription-based newspaper delivered via upgraded Periodical Mail by the United States Postal Service to every home in Canyon Lake. The newspaper, in addition to general community news, also contains the official news and notices of the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association. Display advertisements, inserted flyers, public notice advertisements and classified ads are accepted for inclusion in the newspaper. The Friday Flyer has its roots to the earliest days of the formation of the community in the 1960s and has grown into a newspaper averaging 50 tabloid pages a week. The Friday Flyer also has an online version of the weekly publication at TheFridayFlyer.com. Classified ads can also be placed and paid for on the site.
The Canyon Lake Residential Directory:
This annual full-color residential directory is published annually and is the city’s most popular directory. Residents have the opportunity to include their families’ individual names, address, telephone number, fax number and email address. Over 300 advertisers are included each year in the Canyon Lake Residential Directory which includes detailed information about the community’s resources, including city offices, association offices, clubs and organizations, churches, schools, Chamber of Commerce, etc. This information is presented on glossy paper with full color photography. A full color map of the community is included. This directory is very well received and utilized greatly by Canyon Lake’s families.
The Colony Residential Directory:
The private seniors community of The Colony in Murrieta, California is published annually by Golding Publications. The Colony Residential Directory is published through an exclusive contract with the Homeowners Association of The Colony and is the community’s official residential directory. Residents have the opportunity to include their families’ individual names, address, telephone number, fax number and email address. Information for the directory is supplied by the association and includes, in addition to the resident information, important community telephone numbers and information, as well as the association rules and regulations, and its bylaws. A full color map of the community is included.
